DELIVERY POLICY
At Greenaway’s Herbal Ointments, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable shopping experience, including the timely delivery of your orders. This Delivery Policy outlines the key information you need to know regarding shipping and delivery of our products.
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING REGIONS AND DESTINATIONS
We offer shipping within the Republic of South Africa. Please note that restrictions may apply for specific destinations, for instance, we do not ship to farms or Post Office boxes. We reserve the right to change or update our shipping regions at any time. International shipping can also be arranged – please contact us by email to discuss.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING METHODS
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping options. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. We use The Courier Guy as our shipping agent.
SECTION 3 – PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 -4 days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination. While we make every effort to deliver your products promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
SECTION 4 – DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before payment. We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of R750 or more.
SECTION 5 – TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track the status of your order by using the tracking information that we will supply to you as soon as possible after the consignment has been dispatched and we receive the relevant waybill. If you have any questions about the delivery status, please contact us.
SECTION 6 – LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. In the instance that you receive your order and you observe damages to the exterior of the packaging, you should capture photographic evidence of any damages before opening the parcel(s), followed up by capturing evidence of damages to any goods contained within the packaging. Contact us with your order number using the cellphone number or email address that you used to place the order in the first place. We will then work to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with instructions for returning or replacing the product, as/if applicable.
SECTION 7 – CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee that we will see your communications in time. Once shipped, we will try our best to reroute the consignment to the proper location, but this will usually incur a delay in the delivery.
